Andrew graduated with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1986 and successfully obtained his C.P.A. He then earned his law degree at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1989. Following graduation, Andrew worked in the tax department of Arthur Andersen. Andrew founded Cost Reduction Analysts, Inc. in 1992 after determining that there was a great need to help businesses and organization control costs. With Andrew's keen understanding for numbers and savvy negotiation skills, he has been successfully helping clients save millions of dollars along the way!

Sherri graduated with an undergraduate degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1986. She received her law degree with honors from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 1989. Sherri actively practiced law in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia, serving as a business attorney in private firm practice for 12 years, first for Venable, LLC and then for Weiner Brodsky Sidman Kider, PC. Over the next 6 years, Sherri founded, grew and then sold a comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility located in Rockville, Maryland. As a business owner, Sherri knows first-hand the importance of controlling costs. Since then, she teamed up with Andrew to successfully market Cost Reduction Analysts, Inc.'s services throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and beyond. Sherri also has been instrumental in our firm's offering of electronic procurement solutions through BidBridge, LLC.
